Karašica , a river, a right tributary of the Drava in eastern Croatia , 91 km long, the basin area is 936 km². It arises southeast of Čađavica from the Voćinska river (which rises below Papuk ) and the Branjinska river. It flows parallel to the Drava, into which it flows east of Petrijevci . Its largest tributary is the Vučica. It drains the eastern part of the Podravina plain. It has a nival-pluvial regime with the highest water level in late spring (snow melting) and in autumn. In the middle and lower reaches of the Karašica and Vučica, hydromelioration works have been carried out for flood protection.
Karašica is also the name of a river in Baranja, a right tributary of the Danube .
