Cobitis punctilineata is a species of ray-finned fish in the family Cobitidae. It is found only in Greece in Aggitis river system (Struma drainage).
Its natural habitats are rivers and intermittent rivers. It is threatened by habitat loss.
Lateral spots small, roundish and numerous (usually more than 40). Flank pigmented below zone Z4. Two laminae circularis.
