Asia: rivers of Pacific basin from Amur southward to Yangtze drainages; in Korea in Yellow Sea basin; southern Japan (Honshu, Kyushu, Shikoku); in Amur, middle reaches of Amur and Bureya River system downstream to lower reaches, Ussuri River but not present in Khanka Lake basin.
