Natural lakes
The outflow of Lake Beyşehir, located in southwestern Turkey, is the Kurtuluş River (also known as the Beyşehir Stream). This river carries the water out of the lake and flows into the Lake Eğirdir system. The water from Lake Beyşehir eventually contributes to the water system that flows into the Konya Plain, which is a significant agricultural region in Turkey.
